Paros Triathlon, which takes place for the ninth consecutive years at Paros Park, with the participation of athletes of all ages from Paros, the surrounding islands, Greece and abroad, has developed into a major sporting event and an institution in the sporting events of Paros. The event will be based on the Park area on the Aï-Yiannis Detis peninsula and is an evolving athletic event for our island.
Paros Triathlon is open to adolescents over 13 years of age and adults and includes swimming in the bay of Monastiri, road cycling in the wider area, and off-road running in the beautiful paths of the Park. It is an agreeable and easy introduction to the world of action with elements of both triathlon and adventure.
Do not be fooled by its small distances! Although small, it’s demanding, at least for athletes participating in individual categories.

The team categories in both events are addressed to all those who are cheerful and willing to enjoy a pleasant sporting experience without much demand. They are done in the form of a relay and each team can consist of two or three athletes, regardless of gender.
